YogaCraft provides online yoga classes, workshops, and consultations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, which is available on our pricing page.

4. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain respectful behavior during all interactions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services is owned by YogaCraft and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Yogacraft! We strive to provide you with high-quality yoga classes and workshops. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our offerings.

1. Class Packages and Memberships

Unused Class Packages:

Refunds for unused class packages may be issued within 7 days of purchase, provided that no classes from the package have been used. A 10% fee may be deducted from the refund amount. After 7 days, refunds for unused class packages are generally not offered, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, significant life events) with appropriate documentation.

Monthly/Annual Memberships:

Refunds for monthly or annual memberships may be requested within 15 days of the initial purchase date. A prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the membership, less a 15% administrative fee. After 15 days, refunds for memberships are generally not offered, except for documented medical reasons or relocation, in which case a prorated refund may be considered.

2. Workshops and Special Events

Cancellations by You:

Refunds for workshops and special events may be issued if you cancel your registration at least 20 days prior to the event date. A 20% fee may be deducted from the refund. Cancellations made in less than 20 days before the event are generally non-refundable, but we may consider transferring your registration to another person or a future event.

Cancellations by Us:

If we cancel a workshop or special event, you will receive a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and contact information
  • The service you purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider refund requests outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly for medical reasons, or other significant life events. Supporting documentation may be required.
